As a Practitioner you will know just how powerful the NLP techniques are, and so this program has been designed with you, the NLP Practitioner in mind. Upon graduation you will have an in depth understanding of the NLP building blocks, allowing you to identify and evaluate any behaviour or experience in terms of the NLP model, and then make considered and tailord interventions that work at a far higher level than those available to you now.

Being able to evaluate, understand and prescribe tailored solutions, whether in coaching, training or other, is what in our eyes mastery of NLP is all about.

This is NOT a course that just teaches more NLP techniques, it IS a course that gives you such mastery of NLP that you can make up your own techniques, AND that really is a Master Practitioner

Master Practitioner Training Dates:

Module 1. Modelling Excellence.

You will often hear top NLP trainers saying "Modelling is not a part of NLP, modelling is NLP"

Unfortunately this is not understood by everyone offering Master Practitioner NLP training.

"The inability to distinguish either behaviourally or cognitively the consequences and applications of NLP from core NLP itself (modelling of excellence) is extremely commonplace"

Many Master Practitioner programs take the view that mastery of NLP involves learning more techniques, this is clearly not the case.  Mastery of NLP means that you will be able to analyse, evaluate and find solutions to all manner of problems, goals and outcomes using fast, effective NLP interventions.

Imagine being able to identify shortcuts to effective behaviours and strategies, or quickly drawing on the talents and skills of experts you come into contact with, whether in Therapy, Business, Coaching or any other field.  Imagine also being able to look at any situation and identify the root causes of problems quickly and efficiently then offer a real solution that is sustainable and gets results. This is what happens when you understand and use the higher meta level tools of NLP, because your mastery of NLP is at your unconscious level and your ability to produce results in the real world is second to none.

On day three of the module you will be given your modelling project resource pack. As with all our courses, ongoing email and telephone support is available during normal working hours to enable you to achieve your course outcomes.

 

Module 2. Spiral Dynamics and Personality Typing. 

Spiral Dynamics has a long proven track record in facilitating personal and professional applications of growth and change.  Top business leaders, H R managers, therapists and coaches have all testified to its power in explaining individual and group behaviours.  Being able to identify an individual or group according to the spiral dynamics model gives you an enormous advantage in determining successful outcome for those individuals or groups, neglect the spiral dynamics model at your peril. 

The module also looks at how other personality typing models such as Meta Programs and how they can be utuilised to make NLP techniques even more effective.

By the end of this module you will be in the enviable position to tailor your coaching sessions, presentations, feedback and management style for maximum impact.

Module 3. NLP  for Smart People. 

Using NLP to increase Emotional Intelligence in ourselves, in others, in our personal and professional lives.

A powerful module that applies the cognitive and behavioural processes of NLP to increase Emotional  Intelligence (EQ). Feelings drive behaviours and vice versa, in fact making decisions using just our heads can be as damaging as making them with just our hearts. It is using both the head and the heart that makes for success in life.

Interpersonal Intelligence is the ability to understand other people: what motivates them, how they work, how to work cooperatively with them. Successful salespeople, politicians, teachers, clinicians and religious leaders are all likely to be individuals with high degrees of interpersonal intelligence. Howard Gardner

This module draws widely on the original work of Daniel Goldman and Howard Gardner and incorporates some of the latest research in this field. We also spend considerable time looking at the latest techniques that put these theories into practice, thus enabling us to add to our toolbox some extremely powerful and practical ways of achieving these EQ qualities, such as how to handle ourselves under pressure, how to be flexible, how to inspire others and develop personal charisma ,  how to get the best out of ourselves and others and more....

Module 4. Milton Model and Hypnosis in Performing NLP. 

We know that a large proportion of our communication is non verbal, however the words we use and the way we express them have enormous impact on our own thoughts, feelings and behaviours as well as on the people we come into contact with. Therefore, we feel that a mastery of language is an essential part of any Master Practitioner program .

Among other things, this module will show you how to perform major NLP interventions, such as Parts work and Phobia cure, using hypnotic skills and language as well as greatly enhancing your pacing. leading, persuasion and influencing skills.

Other major applications for the patterns taught this weekend are their use in sales, marketing, negotiation, team work and more. In fact the patterns taught on this module are the most powerful available for making the positive changes in yourself and in others that you want.... in all areas of your life.

Module 5. Certification weekend and modelling project presentations.

This final weekend is dedicated to giving you the opportunity to shine in front of your fellow Master Practitioners

Throughout the Master Practitioner program you will have been working on your own special contribution to the field of NLP via your modelling project and on this weekend you get the opportunity to share those findings with a small group of like minded people.  This is a wonderful experience for you and a wonderful experience for us as we learn and appreciate your unique contribution to our professional field. 

The weekend also consists of more great integration techniques and so you have both the skill of a Master Practitioner AND the real unconscious competence of a Certified Master Practitioner of NLP.
