Before I started coaching, I was Commercial Director of Quickes Traditional, which my wife Mary Quicke now runs. I was also a Samaritan, which is when I first started to get interested in coaching. I realised I was doing it in our business already. Coaching Experience My introduction to being a coach, following a couple of years of being coached, was with five participants on a highly demanding six month leadership programme, including a senior consultant psychiatrist, with exceptional success.
